Abdullah Fouad (Dammam) : Oracle Human Capital Management Upgraded to 12.1.3 and Database to 11.2.0.1

Oracle E-Business Suite (HCM) Application Version 12.0.4 was upgraded to 12.1.3.
Oracle E-Business Suite Database version 10.2.03 was upgraded to 11.2.0.1.
During this upgrade, several functional enhancements are carried out especially in the HCM Self Service area.
