Azmeel Contracting Company is the name of diversified group of companies in many fields owned by the renowned Al-Jabr family in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and established as AZMEEL GROUP in 1988. 

Azmeel was using Oracle E-Business Suite for Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management and custom extensions for Time & Attendance

Due to security concerns and access issues and upcoming increase in volume of operations, Azmeel Contracting Company has decided to migrate its business process from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Applications Cloud.

Adroit Systems has successfully completed the implementation of Oracle Applications Cloud Service in the following areas:

Furthermore, Adroit Systems has developed numerous Oracle ADF based custom extensions in Oracle PaaS Cloud for Time & Attendance which are ever so seamlessly integrated with the rest of the Core SaaS functionality, that the Users will never be able to differentiate between Oracle SaaS and PaaS technology.

Universal Cold Stores (UCS) Dammam: Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Re-implementation completed

Adroit Systems has successfully completed the implementation of Oracle R12 E-Business Suite Application covering Finance, and Supply Chain Management modules. As a part of this assignment, Adroit Systems has developed and deployed the following custom extensions:

Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP): Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Support

APICORP’s mission is to develop the Arab energy sector through a range of creative, value adding solutions, provided on a commercial basis, facilitating value maximization. Their offering includes equity investment, debt financing, financial advisory and energy research services. To date, they have made over $16 billion worth of investments in oil and gas joint ventures; and we have participated in direct and syndicated energy finance transactions worth over US $130 billion.

APICORP and Adroit Systems have successfully entered into a support contract. Adroit Systems has started providing E-Business Suite Techno-Functional support services to APICORP in the following areas: HRMS, Payroll, Self-Service HR Finance, Purchasing, iProcurement, Reports, Customizations etc in an on-site-offshore model.

Universal Cold Stores (UCS) Dammam: Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Re-implementation Started

Universal Cold Stores (UCS) Group of Companies is mainly engaged in the business of Trading mainly Food Stuffs (Dry & Frozen) in Saudi Arabia. In addition to Trading, UCS is also into production of Cheese, Burgers, Fruit juice and Nuggets.

UCS is currently using an older version Oracle-E-Business Suite covering Finance, Supply Chain and Retail modules. UCS is facing some challenges in managing the database growth, facing degradation in application performance and foresee some constraint in the storage space. UCS is also considering changes and improvements in the existing process and planning to enhance the application functionality by utilizing the latest version.

Adroit Systems has started the re-implementation of the latest version of Oracle E-Business Suite in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customizations such as POS Interface - which will eventually replace the existing older version Oracle E-Business Suite.

Adroit Systems has successfully completed the configuration of Oracle Cloud Purchasing & Inventory Applications and PaaS Custom Order Management Extension for Albawardi Building Materials - Riyadh Business Unit for White Cement Transactions
